Just a couple miles outside the Town of Mineral—near Lake Anna and the North Anna Power Plant—you’ll find our little artisan stand filled with big flavor (just look for our signature orange).

We’re Daniel and Scarlett, professionally trained chefs with a combined background in culinary arts, pastry and hospitality management. For us, baking is more than just a business—it’s a way to stay grounded, express creativity, and connect with the people around us.

From sourdough loaves and gooey cookies to scones and pie pockets, we offer a rotating menu of bakery-quality goods. Whether you’re swinging by for your weekend bread or looking for something sweet to share, we aim to bring a little more joy to your table—one bite at a time.

Our stand is open Thursday through Saturday for now, but we also welcome custom and bulk orders outside those days as well. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Just ask—we’re always happy to bake something special.
